What, exactly, is life coaching?

Oftentimes, we may let ourselves off the hook and resign ourselves to the more ‘obvious,’ at times convenient, reasons as to why we don’t have what we want in life (i.e. not enough money, not enough time, haven’t met the right person, etc.), without exploring what it may truly take to turn the tide and make our dreams a reality.

I often describe ‘life coaching’ as a tool and resource one can use to explore:

  • i) why there exists a gap between what you want in life and what you currently have

  • ii) what it’ll take to bridge that gap to realize your desires, and

  • iii) actually taking the necessary steps of changing habits, stretching outside one’s comfort zone and having a bias towards ACTION to getting yourself where you want to be

If you stop finding reasons for ‘why not’ and actually committed yourself to going after what you wanted in full force, what would that look like? What would life look like?

The goal of Passion Empowerment coaching is to help you gain a greater sense of power, freedom and joy in all areas of your life, so that you are able to take new actions coming from a place of empowerment instead of resignation, and attain new results in your life as a result.



what should i expect in my free coaching consult?

Your free coaching consult is designed to give you an overview of the Passion Empowerment coaching process, get to know Payal and get a sense of how you’d work together with her towards your goals, and give you a chance to ask questions to determine if coaching would be a right fit for what you’re seeking at this point in your life.



what should I expect IN a paid coaching session?

Each coaching session will begin with a check-in of the past week, where you will share life occurrences, insights derived and actions taken. From there, we will identify what is top of mind for you, within the context of your larger goals, and discuss what you hope to achieve out of our time together. Our conversation will then dive into the challenge and/or opportunity areas pertaining to your goals, during which I will help you draw out insights to have you gain greater clarity, identify internal & external blocks and energy levels at play, and formulate new perspectives and ideas for action. We will end our session with a check-in of what you’ve taking away from our time together, and wrap-up with an action plan for the following week.



what is the energy leadership™ index (e.l.i.) assessment?

The Energy Leadership™ Index assessment is a proprietary tool designed by iPEC that provides insights into how you show up in various aspects of your life.

The assessment also measures how involved or engaged you are in your roles and tasks on the job and at home.

Finally, it measures your potential leadership ability by your level of consciousness - your awareness about who you are and what life is about.

Studies prove that higher levels of consciousness are associated with higher levels of success in life, including success in finances, relationships, personal development, achievement, and more.



what is covered in the e.l.i. assessment?

The Energy Leadership™ Index assessment consists of a rated-scale questions that pertain to iPEC Core Energy Levels. The report that is generated will give you an overview of the iPEC Core Energy model, summarize each of the energy levels in the model, and showcase your individual energy levels day-to-day and during times of stress.



how long is the e.l.i. assessment? How long does it take to complete the assessment?

The Energy Leadership™ Index assessment is a 70-question assessment that will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.



how long is the e.l.i. debrief session?

The Energy Leadership™ Index debrief session will take 75-90 minutes.



what should i expect in the e.l.i. debrief session?

Payal, who is certified as an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), will conduct your ELI debrief session, during which you will get an overview of the iPEC Core Energy model, review your energy levels day-to-day and during times of stress, go into how you show up within each energy level and how each play out in your life, and discuss ways to increase you average resonating level of energy to help you secure greater personal power, happiness, and fulfillment in life.
