Career Clarity & Empowerment Coaching - As You Go

The ‘Career & Personal Empowerment Coaching - As You Go’ program is designed to meet you where you’re at and enable you to obtain coaching around career exploration & discovery, life/career transition or other personal empowerment areas via weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions each month and text/email check-ins as needed. This program will enable you to customize your coaching sessions in a way that is most supportive to you - from using the time for deeper discovery into potential internal blocks and ambitions, to setting up a plan-of-action that has your feeling empowered, to other ways you and your coach discuss working together!

There are no long-term commitments with this program - and if you decide that you’d like to change your coaching session cadence or even take a pause, you can do so at any point! Choose from one of the two coaching frequency options below, based on which would be most supportive for you:

$365/month for bi-weekly (2) hourly coaching sessions

$525/month for weekly (4) 45-minute coaching sessions

The program is set-up provide you with deep insights and a powerful structure over a three-month time period to take you through each step of your journey!

• Explore

  • Define what it is you truly want, identify internal and external blocks that may be getting in the way of your achieving your goals, gather information on your options, and go through exercises to help provide clarity on your next steps.

  • Are you ready? In the next phase, we will take all that we’ve discovered together up until this point, and have you make a decision as to whether you will choose to stay on and enhance your current path or move to a new one.

• Get Organized

  • Congrats - you’ve made a decision about what’s next for your life! However, knowing what you want is only part of the journey. This next phase is designed to help you create an empowering plan-for-action, take a deeper look at your personal finances and better organize them to be in-line with your goal, and set-up an accountability structure that will help you bring it all to fruition.

• Take Action!

  • Now comes the part where we start to make what you want a reality! Take action towards your goal, work with your coach to reflect on your results and adjust as necessary. Rinse and repeat!
